Provides positive and strong support structures to teenage girls who are ready to uncover their identity and understand their unique purpose on this earth. 

 

Our inimitable combinations for impact and learning strengthen through consistency habits for success and well-being.  This program is for ages 12-19.  Our six month course is fortified through group interaction, one on one dialogue and independent study. We believe a positive atmosphere and tangible resources not only allow a young lady to excel in life but set the platform for them to exceed our highest expectations.

 

Our next session begins June 2014.  Registration and Orientation June 7, 2014.

Often time adults want to eliminate negative habits and relationships from their children's lives but they haven't established a suitable replacement to fill that need.  This program through a bevy of positive alternatives for replacement still allow the option of choice; thus allowing each person a sense of ownership in their own decisions reducing the opportunity for rebellion.  

According to research there are a myriad benefits associated with mentoring, and they are as unique as the people involved in the mentoring relationships. Yet some general benefits exist. In terms of these benefits, mentoring:

 

• Promotes increased self-awareness and self-discipline

• Provides an expanded personal network

• Offers a proven method to share ideas, try new skills and change self-sabotaging habits

• Enhances the capacity to translate values and strategies into productive actions

• Improves awareness of personal biases, assumptions and areas for improvement

• Allows mentees to have a smoother transition into successful living
