Galatians 6:1(AMP)  Brethren, if any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual [who are responsive to and controlled by the Spirit] should set him right and restore and reinstate him, without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also

 

Even before I became a pastor, my heart was often heavy for those in ministry, especially pastors who felt like they had nowhere to turn in a crisis or in temptation. My prayers continued to go up for leaders because not everyone understands the cost of leadership. The higher one goes up in leadership the greater the attack and impact of a fall.  We have seen leaders who allowed sin to go uncheck in their lives publicly fall and the collateral damage was colossal.

 

I often prayed what the missing pieces were.  I wanted to know because my frustration with leadership was growing.  I heard the Holy Spirit say, getting mad a Christian who sins is like getting mad a blind man for walking into the wall. He can’t see.  I pondered and thought about glaucoma. Glaucoma happens when there is a buildup of pressure.  This buildup of pressure causes the vision to be affected and if not dealt with will get worse over time and will ultimately lead to blindness. There are many leaders dealing with spiritual glaucoma.

 

Often when a person is struggling to see another pair of eyes are needed to see the small things. 

 G-6 Movement is a place of accountability. It was birthed from Galatians 6 with a desire for pastors and leaders to full restoration of spiritual sight.  Yet, we fully understand we can only help those that want to be helped. G-6 Movement accountability team operates under a heavy prophetic call and strict confidentiality clause.   We provide a no judgment zone where people are free enough to get free. All counsel and strategies offered are solely based on Scripture and each participant is assigned an accountability partner who is accessible for emergencies and other critical issues.

 

G-6 Movement purpose is two- fold. We are here to restore those who have fallen and to catch many more before they fall.  We believe that there is no temptation that comes upon us that He has not already provided way of escape and G6M will show you the way and encourage you to take it quickly.
